Announcement of renewal of “Pasand Membership Program”

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Pasand.
We are now renewing our membership program to allow even more customers to enjoy great benefits. Pasand Membership Program is a special membership program designed to provide a personalized brand experience to each customer.
We offer a variety of benefits to enhance your shopping experience at our physical stores and online store.
If you meet the conditions based on your shopping history at each store or online store, you will be ranked up on the renewal date and can enjoy the benefits of each rank.

Main renewal contents

1. A new rank "Viola" has been added

We will be adding a new "Viola" rank between the existing Regular and Jasmine ranks.
Customers who are Regular members as of December 22, 2024 will be automatically upgraded to Viola rank after the new system is implemented.

2. More rank-based benefits

Under the new system, the higher your rank, the more benefits you will receive, allowing you to enjoy shopping with even greater savings.

Increased points during your birth month: Points awarded during your birth month will increase depending on your rank.
Awarding stage up points : Points are awarded when you rank up.
Improved point redemption rate: The higher your stage, the more points you can earn when shopping. Points are valid for 365 days from the date of redemption.
Free EC return shipping (in preparation): We plan to set the number of free EC return shipping charges for each rank. Please wait for future announcements.

3. Timing of application of the new system

The new ranking system will be applied from December 26, 2024.
Pasand will continue to expand new benefits and services so that customers can always enjoy shopping with ease and satisfaction. We appreciate your continued patronage.
