Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change the shipping address, delivery date, or payment method after placing an order? +
We cannot make changes after the order is confirmed. If you are within 1 hour of placing the order, you may cancel and place a new one.
Can you hold items from a physical store for me? +
We are unable to hold store stock through the online store. Please contact the store directly.
Do you offer gift wrapping? +
Gift wrapping is currently not available through the online store.
The color looks different from the photos — can I return it? +
Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. As this is not considered a defect, it may only be returned as a customer-convenience return (return shipping paid by the customer) within 10 days of delivery. Note that items shipped or forwarded overseas are non-returnable.
Do you offer alterations? +
Alterations are not offered through the online store.
