Pasand Membership Program is a special membership program designed to provide a personalized brand experience to each customer.
We offer a variety of benefits to enhance your shopping experience at our physical stores and online store.
Based on your shopping history at each store and online store, if your purchase amount meets the conditions, you will be ranked up on the renewal date and you will be able to enjoy the benefits of each rank.
About the Program
・Member ranks are given according to the amount of purchase
Membership levels will be assigned based on your purchase history at physical stores or online stores.
At each membership level, you will receive special benefits.
・Common points awarded
You will earn points based on your purchases.
Accumulated points can be used for purchases at our online store or in-store, with 1 point = 1 yen.
Points are valid for 365 days from the date of award.
・Receive great deals through our email newsletter
We will deliver the latest information on new items, sales, campaigns, and other great deals.
・Birthday benefits
You will receive 1,000 birthday points to use during your birthday month.
Rank-based benefits
*If you cancel or return an item from your order, the points applied to that item will be refunded.
When returning a product, the refund amount will be deducted from the points applied at the time of the order.
For example, if you use 1,000 points to purchase two items worth 4,000 yen and 6,000 yen, and then return only the 4,000 yen item, we will refund you 3,600 yen, minus the 400 points applied at the time of purchase.
Rank Updates
・Member rank calculation period
The purchase amount that is eligible for membership tiering is determined at the end of the fiscal year (1/1 to 12/31).
*As a measure in accordance with the change in calculation period, purchase amounts from February 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024 will be included in this period for fiscal year 2024 only.
*Shipping costs are not included in point/stage assessment.
*Please note that some other products may not be eligible.
・Timing of member rank updates
Update dates are scheduled for the first day of each month. The January 1st update date marks the end of the year, and your rank may be reduced.
Other renewal dates will only be for stage advancement.
*It may take 2-3 days for your stage to be reflected after the update date.
・Rank reset timing
On January 1st of each year, the purchase amount from the previous year will be reset, but the stage you were in the previous year if you met the conditions will remain in effect.
*For example, if you meet the requirements for Jasmine rank in 2024, you will start 2025 with Jasmine rank.
However, the purchase amount and number of purchases will be reset, so if you do not meet the conditions for the Jasmine stage in 2024, you will be downgraded to Regular rank in 2025.
