This art poster is hand-silkscreen printed on handmade paper made from recycled old cloth from the picture book "Waterlife". Mithila artist Rambharos Jha grew up on the banks of the Ganges River and gradually became fascinated with creatures in the water. The creatures that appear in the picture book are based on his memories of seeing them in the river as a child. Mithila art, characterized by colorful colors and delicate techniques, has been passed down from generation to generation by women living in Bihar, India. *This product is not eligible for return.
